Support

## We read every message.

Vivana for iPhone and vivana.app

Email support@vivana.app — that is the only support channel, and it reaches a person, not a ticket robot.

### What to include

The more of this you can add, the faster this gets solved:

- What you were doing, and what you expected to happen instead.

- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings, then General, then About).

- The Vivana version, once the app is out (Settings, then About, inside the app).

- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.

### Waitlist and email

Joining the waitlist sends one confirmation email. Confirm it and your place is held; the next email after that is the one saying Vivana is ready. If you ticked “also tell me about new features” on the Android form, or left your email on the “Just want the news?” card, you also get the occasional note about what is new — that is the only list that sends more than those two emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and asking to be removed at support@vivana.app works just as well.

### Before the app ships

Vivana is not on the App Store yet, so there is nothing to install, buy or refund today. If you have a question about what Vivana will do, the FAQ and pricing page cover most of it.

### Refunds and subscriptions

Once Vivana is on the App Store, purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. Refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com, and Bloom is cancelled in iPhone Settings, under your name, in Subscriptions. Write to support@vivana.app if something still looks wrong and we will help you sort it out with Apple.

### Feature ideas

Send them. Vivana is built by a small team, and what people ask for is read and weighed when deciding what to build next.
